GrowOn Social Connector is an enterprise integration platform that connects authorized social media accounts with Zendesk, enabling customer support teams to manage comments, replies, and direct messages from a single workspace.

Using official platform APIs and secure OAuth authentication, the application synchronizes supported customer interactions with Zendesk and allows authorized agents to respond through the connected social media accounts.

YouTube Integration & Google User Data

GrowOn Social Connector uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to connect YouTube channels explicitly authorized by the user.

The application requests access to YouTube channel information, videos, comments, and replies to synchronize YouTube interactions with Zendesk and allow authorized Zendesk agents to view and respond to comments from Zendesk.

Google and YouTube user data is accessed only after the user explicitly grants permission through Google OAuth. GrowOn Social Connector only accesses data necessary to provide the YouTube integration features described above.

Users can revoke GrowOn Social Connector’s access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account permissions.
