1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Social Connector, a software integration service provided by Growon Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri (“Growon”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Social Connector enables businesses to connect supported social media platforms—including Instagram Professional Accounts, TikTok Business or Creator Accounts, and YouTube Channels—with Zendesk in order to manage customer conversations through a centralized customer support environment.

By accessing or using Social Connector, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use Social Connector only if:

  • You are authorized to manage the connected social media accounts.
  • You have authority to connect the associated Zendesk account.
  • You comply with all applicable laws and the terms of the connected platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary permissions before connecting any account.

3. Service Description

Social Connector provides integration services that allow authorized users to:

  • Connect supported social media accounts using official OAuth authorization.
  • Synchronize comments, replies, and direct messages into Zendesk.
  • Respond to supported customer interactions through official platform APIs.
  • Maintain synchronization between connected services.

Social Connector acts solely as an integration platform and does not own or control the content transmitted through connected services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Access accounts without authorization.
  • Circumvent platform security mechanisms.
  • Reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Collect or process personal information beyond the permissions granted by the connected platform.

You remain responsible for all activities performed through your connected accounts.

5. Third-Party Services

Social Connector integrates with third-party platforms including:

  • Meta / Instagram
  • TikTok
  • Google / YouTube
  • Zendesk

Your use of these services remains subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, and platform requirements.

Growon is not responsible for changes, limitations, outages, or policy updates introduced by third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property associated with Social Connector remain the property of Growon or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party platform outages
  • API limitations or changes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growon shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss caused by third-party platforms.
  • API limitations or platform restrictions.
  • Temporary service interruptions.
  • Business losses resulting from unavailable third-party services.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service, if applicable.

9. Privacy

Your use of Social Connector is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Social Connector if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Unauthorized or abusive activity is detected.
  • Continued operation would violate applicable law or platform requirements.

You may discontinue use of the service at any time by disconnecting your integrations.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.
